How many units?
There are a total of 14 townhome units at Graystone. Six  units are The Davis style (2,850 square feet), eight  are The Jameson style (3,050 square feet). Both The Davis and The Jameson have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Are there any units with a first floor master bedroom?
No, at Graystone all of our townhome units have second floor master suites.
How many bedrooms can I have?
Both our Davis and our Jameson floorplans have three bedrooms located on the second floor. However, there are options for both unit styles to finish out a full basement with and additional guest bedroom and full bathroom.
Are there options and upgrades?
Trask Development is committed to an “all in” standard, so multiple selections can be made and all are included in the base price. Typically, only the addition of a finished basement, and adding hardwood in the second floor bedrooms are the only upgrades not already included. Buyers of The Jameson plan will also have the option to add a screened in/covered porch area in place of their back deck.
What features are standard?
Per above, standard features include everything you would expect and require in a new home; all stainless steel professionally styled appliances, decorators kitchen with your choice of granite or quartz countertops, your choice of tile for the kitchen backsplash, your choice of tile for the bathrooms, hardwood flooring on the first floor and second floor hallway, paint colors and architectural lighting options are standard in all of our homes. If you see it on display in our design center, it is included. We strive to live up to our motto, “our standard is their upgrade”.
Price range for units?
Initial pricing for The Davis unit’s starts at $1,000,000, initial pricing for The Jameson units starts at $1,075,000.
Are pets/ dogs allowed?
Dogs and pets are allowed, however there will be an aggressive breed restriction in the condominium documents.
What are the condo fees?
Condominium fees are anticipated to be in the range of $400 to $425 per month and will include all snow removal, landscaping, common electric, irrigation, exterior maintenance of units, master insurance, as well as mandatory reserves.
What about my utilities?
Graystone Natick is serviced by the town of Natick water and sewer, and natural gas, all of which are separately metered. Units all have gas heating, 2 stage gas heating and electric cooling systems, gas cooking, electric dryer hookups and gas on demand hot water systems. Units will have access to both Verizon and Comcast for cable and internet.
Do I have a backyard?
Each townhouse unit at Graystone has an area of exclusive use behind their unit. These areas, although part of the condo association, are directly controlled by each unit owner.
How do we reserve a unit?
The Trask Sales team is ready to discuss the process with you. The process is seamless and easy as you are working directly with the project owner, developer, builder and sales staff, not a middleman! At Graystone we use non-binding reservation agreements. Do the units come with a warranty?
All units come with a typical one year warranty- Trask’s 26 years of experience and reputation stands behind the warranty.

Can I access the site to see progress?
All construction sites are considered dangerous. Trask has a strict no trespassing policy. We are happy to schedule an appointment to meet with you in our design center, or on site when it is safe enough to do so. Entering the site unaccompanied, or without permission, means you take on full responsibility for all personal injury or loss that may have resulted from trespassing.
Is there a preferred lender?
