How many single family homes are there in Graystone?
There are a total of 16 single family homes in the single family development at Graystone. There are also 17 town homes located in the Graystone development as well. All of the Graystone single family homes feature over 4,400 Square feet of living space, all with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Are there any Single family homes under 4,400 Square feet? What about single family homes with first floor master suites?
All of the single family homes in Graystone are over 4,400 square feet in size. However, at any given moment Trask will likely have other homes under construction in existing neighborhood ranging from 3,000- 3,500 square feet, so give us a call.
None of the single family homes at Graystone have first floor master suites.
Are there any options and upgrades?
Trask Development is committed to an “all in” standard, so multiple selection can be made that are all included in the base price of the home. This includes, but is not limited to, tile, hardware, island cabinet color, wall color, hardwood colors, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, etc. Typically, only the addition of a finished basement, and adding hardwood to second floor bedrooms are the only upgrades not already included in the base price. All of the Graystone single family homes will also have the options to add an addition bedroom/ office and full bathrooms to the basement, along with hardscape upgrades so buyer can enjoy built in gas fire pits if they would like.
What Features are standard?
Per above, standard features include everything you would expect and require in a new luxury home- all stainless steel professional Thermador and Bosch appliances, custom Trask Designed Kitchen with your choice of island cabinet color, counter tops, your choice of tile back splash for your kitchen and bar area, your choice of tile for bathrooms, your choice of plumbing fixtures, your choice of lighting fixtures, your choice of cabinet hardware, hardwood flooring, the list goes on.

Is there a home owners association?
Yes, all of the single family homes at Graystone will be part of a homeowners association, the association will be responsible for maintaining the common landscaping at the boulevard entrance and landscape island at the cul-de-sac of Graystone Lane. There will be a small annual fee for this maintenance, around $400 per year.
What other expenses are there associated with these homes?
The homeowners will own the lots their homes are located on outright, so they will have to purchase homeowners insurance. Also, the homeowner will be responsible for all utilities, water/ sewer fees, and Real Estate Taxes, homeowners will also be responsible for maintenance of the homes landscaping and exterior. Graystone Lane will be a publicly accepted road, so maintenance of the road with be completed by the town.
What kind of landscaping will these homes have?

Do these homes come with a warranty?
All of these homes come with a typical 1 year builder’s warranty, Trask’s 26 years of experience and reputation stands behind the warranty.
When will the Phase 1 homes be ready for occupancy?
Based on our current construction schedules, we will be able to deliver the first round of our single family homes in the fall of 2020.
Can I customize my homes floorplan and layout?
Trask is proud to present homes that have been professionally designed and perfected to meet the needs of todays buyers. Given this, the builder will not make modifications to floorplans, interior layouts, room locations or specifications.

How do we reserve a home?
